By accessing, downloading, or using the mSync application, you implicitly agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app immediately.

2. User Conduct

mSync is a platform designed to let you listen to music in sync with your friends. We strictly enforce a positive community standard. You agree NOT to:

• Broadcast or upload copyrighted content without authorization or fair use validation.
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users in live rooms.
• Impersonate any person or brand in your profile or room names.
• Exploit the platform to distribute malware or spam links.

Violation of these rules will result in an immediate hardware ban and account deletion.

3. Content Ownership and Copyright

You retain full ownership of the original audio content you upload. By uploading content to mSync, you represent that you hold the necessary rights to broadcast the media. mSync is not liable for copyright infringement committed by users in private or public rooms. We comply with DMCA takedown requests and reserve the right to remove infringing content and terminate repeat infringers.

4. Service Availability

While we strive for perfect synchronization and uptime, mSync relies on your network connection and external dependencies. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for playback disruptions, data loss, or server downtime.
